Since 2016, Move Forward Staten Island has mobilized Staten Islanders in support of the issues that matter most. From the Staten Island People's Climate March, to our community concerts that have raised thousands of dollars in small donations for direct service organizations, to our elected official accountability project, we've made a difference. Together, our persistence has made an impact in the way that our elected officials vote and has empowered every day Staten Islanders to make change in our community.

Join us on Thursday, September 19th to celebrate our collective work and learn about our vision for our organization's future.

The evening will feature live music, drinks, hors d’ouerves and more!

The bill has more than 100 cosponsors in the Legislature but Senator Lanza has not signed on.

Rock n' Roe: A Benefit Concert

With the recent appointment of Judge Kavanaugh to the United States Supreme Court, Roe v. Wade and access to sexual and reproductive health care, including abortion are in jeopardy. And if Roe falls, New York’s abortion laws are so outdated that we won’t be adequately protected here unless we pass the Reproductive Health Act this legislative session. We’ve got work to do to make sure Staten Island lawmakers step up and support access to sexual and reproductive healthcare. Join Move Forward Staten Island for Rock n’ Roe, a community benefit concert to support both Move Forward Staten Island and Planned Parenthood of NYC’s Staten Island Health Center.

Featuring:
Wahoo Skiffle Crazies
Hegazy
Dolltits
And more!

Full line-up of entertainment to be announced.

While you’re rocking for Roe, make your sign for the Women’s March NYC 2019 on January 19th! We'll have a sign-making table at the concert so you can make your sign for the march. Sign-making will be an additional $5 donation to help cover the cost of supplies!

General Admission: $15 in advance/$20 at the door
Generous Donor's Ticket: $50 (includes sign-making)
Event Sponsor: $150 and up!
Save time and money at the door. Buy your tickets today!
